Meet Zach, General Contractor + Partner of City Hill Homes. A Chattanooga, Tennessee native that landed in Memphis in pursuit of his now wife, Amy. In 2014, Zach discovered his passion of custom homebuilding and in 2018, took his love for building and experience in construction to launch City Hill Homes with his business partner, Jonathan. “Feeling the excitement + seeing the look on a customer’s face at the end of the process makes the months of hard work absolutely worth it.” Zach and Amy live in Collierville with their two little boys, their beloved goldendoodle, Barkley, and two horses.

Meet Jonathan, Partner of City Hill Homes, a Memphis native who graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Biochemistry–this guy is smart! Jonathan possesses a keen attention for detail, making him an excellent homebuilder. Before starting City Hill Homes, Jon maintained rental properties, enjoyed renovating older homes, and loved building new construction homes. “My favorite thing about homebuilding is bringing a homeowner’s complicated vision to life.” Jonathan and Heather (a Physician’s Assistant) are in the process of building their dream home. They love their two dogs and are actively involved in dog rescue organizations.

Growing up in the Mid-South, Pat has seen Memphis grow and change. He has always been Mr. Fix-It! Whether it was fixing a leaky faucet or over-hauling a 1992 Chevy Suburban, Pat can figure it out. When he isn’t doing projects around the house you will find Pat on a boat fishing in his backyard. Pat and his wife Debbie have 3 grown children + 4 grandkids.
